Cost (per person) Early Bird Price: $155.00 (before Monday, 30 July 2018) Regular Price: $175.00 (from Monday, 30 July to Monday 3 September 2018) Staff to Camper Ratio Small Clubs (1-25 members) 1 adult for up to 4 pathfinders, plus one cook up to 10 pathfinders Medium clubs (26-50 members) 1 adult for every 6 pathfinders and up to 3 cooks.
